Last 4th to 7th of September, Ronald Koomans and Han Limburg from MEDUSA have attended the EAGE Near Surface Geoscience meeting in Barcelona, Spain.
The conference was opened by the minister of land and sustainability of the government of Catalunya, J. Rull. In his keynote speech Rull stated that the government has a need for data of soil and subsoil characteristics. Hereby stressing the importance of the results and the technical developments of our LIFE+ project ‘Crops for Better Soil’.

On Tuesday 6/9, Ronald presented the results of our LIFE+ project in a poster session titled:
Multi Sensor Soil Sensing Tool for Farmland in Spain, F.M. van Egmond (Medusa Explorations) & R.L. Koomans* (Medusa Explorations) to an audience that showed large interest in the developed technology (Agribox) and in the results. At the poster session, the layman report of the project has been shown and distributed.

At the conference, Medusa Explorations also had a booth showing the technology developed in the project. The layman's report was presented and given to people interested in the results of the project.
